This article will guide you on how to process an existing employee as a leaver, including removing their access to the HRoes system.

Alternatively, you can set an employee as a leaver by first clicking "Manage" next to the desired employee's name in your main Employees tab:
Once within the employee profile, select "Leaving" across the top of this tab:
In the "Leaving" tab, you can then enter the details for the employee's reason for leaving and any comments for future reporting purposes. You can also confirm whether equipment has been returned, have staff been reassigned (if the leaver is a manager) and also deactivate access to the HRoes system using the "Deactivate Internal Access" tickbox:
Once you're happy with those details, just enter the date the employee left and click "Complete Process" to archive the employee. If needed, you can also click "Save Process" to come back later.
NOTE: The employee will still show in your employees tab, but you will need to ensure "Show Leavers" in the top right corner.
