This guidance article will take you through the Process Selector and clarify the other system areas it interlinks with.
The process selector in HRoes is a device you can use when you are unsure of making a decision on an employee's workplace behaviour. If you'd prefer to see a video on how to open this area, see below:
To open the process selector, first go to the employee's profile my clicking "Manage" next to their name in the Employees tab:
In the employee profile, you will need to navigate to the Help & Assistance tab and click the process selector tile in here:
A new window will pop-up in your browser, where you will be taken through a branch system of questions to direct you towards the relevant outcome.
The branch questions give two outcomes, based on statements and advice relating to the employee's situation.
