This article will guide Managers on how to set a Goal/Target for their employee.

Alternatively, you can set a Goal/Target for your employee by first going into your main Performance tab, and selecting "Set a Goal/Target", as shown here:
In the resulting tab you will enter the relevant employee's name, the type of target, review options and any other managers involved in the Performance process. You can also use our guidance to the right to ensure you're setting the right type of target.
Click next, and in the next area you will be able to add Goal/Target details for the employee. This page will be dependent on the type of Goal you set - for example, for SMART, you will be required to enter the relevant details:
Once you're happy with the details entered, just click Save and this Goal will be added under the "Existing Performance Reviews" section, in "Goals/Targets":
You can manage all existing Goals/Targets here for your employees.
