How to setup MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)

This guide will instruct you on how to setup MFA on your own employee profile.

Alternatively, you can setup MFA by first clicking into your own account, and then the "Setup Multi-Factor Authentication" option that appears in your Personal tab:

 

Once you've done that, ensure you have download the Microsoft Authenticator app to your mobile device. You can then open the app, and scan the barcode that generates in the desktop HRoes window:

 

Your Microsoft Authenticator app will then produce a verification code, which you then need to enter in the bottom data field highlighted above.

 

You will now be required to verify your HRoes system logins with the Microsoft Authenticator app, adding an extra layer of security to your data.
