Logging and Viewing Grievances

This article will guide you on how to log a Grievance against an individual in the HRoes system, and also how to view existing Grievances.

Alternatively, you can start adding your Grievance by clicking the "My Grievances" tab on your main scrolling menu, shown here:

 

From there you can first assess our Guidance on how to best use the Grievance form alongside some points to consider below:

 

Once happy to proceed, click "Raise a Grievance". You can then add the date of the Grievance and add full details in the text box below. Finally, add the employees involved and click "Submit":

 

NOTE (ADMIN ONLY): Your Grievance will also be stored in the main "Grievances Raised" tab, where you can view all existing Grievances and their details as highlighted:

 

You can also submit Grievances from here, if you are an Administrator user. If you are an employee, the Grievance can be viewed back within your "My Grievances" tab.
