This article will guide you on how to complete a Return to Work Form for your employees.

Alternatively, you can complete a Return to Work form by going into your main Team tab, and clicking, "View" next to the relevant employee's name:
From here, click into the employee's "Absence" tab to display all sickness records. For any sicknesses that require a Return to Work, the option to "Answer" will appear to the right of that instance:
The HRoes return to work form will then generate for you to complete for that employee.
Note that no fields are mandatory, but you must complete them in this screen before being able to save changes.
