Commencing a Timekeeping matter

This article will instruct on how to commence a Timekeeping matter within an Employee profile.

Alternatively, you can commence a Timekeeping matter by going into your Employees' tab, and selecting "Manage" next to the relevant employee:

 

From here, click into the Absences tab at the top:

 

You will then be presented with some data on Sick Days and the existing Sickness and Timekeeping matters related to that employee.

At the bottom of the window, you will see the tile to "Commence New Timekeeping Matter":

 

In the resulting screen, first tick the employee name to confirm their attendance and enter all relevant details in the Meetings section:

 

From here, click Confirm at the bottom of the page to move to the next section. In the resulting page, you can add your Notes from the meeting and select an Outcome - these include Disability/Capability identified, Advisory note and No sanction. 

You can also select an expiry date for this note to be removed from the employee's profile.
