This article will guide you on how to amend an Employee's personal details.

Alternatively, you can amend an employee's personal details by first clicking "Manage" beside the desired employee's name in your Employees tab:
In the resulting tab, you will be presented with the employee's Personal details, where you can amend details such as Name, Email Address and also NI Number:
Please note that the email address specified in here will be the email address that the employee uses to login to your HRoes system with.
If you scroll to the bottom of the Personal tab, you will be able to set the type of HRoes account the employee has. This will define their access level to the system:
You will also use this area to grant access to the HRoes system for specific users.
