Amending an Employee's Holiday Setup

This article will guide you on how to amend a single Employee's Holiday Entitlement and other details such as Bank Holidays settings.

Alternatively, you can click into your Employees tab and select "Manage" to first enter the employee profile:

 

In this next area, click on the "Holidays" tab across the top of your screen:

 

In the resulting screen you are able to manually amend the employee's Holiday Allowance. You can also toggle if the allowance is measured in Days or Hours, as well as confirming if that employee works Bank Holidays:

 

 

NOTE: These two tickboxes will not affect the employee's entitlement - they are used for Reporting purposes only.
